3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one viptak account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, viptak reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Viptak will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact viptak support immediately at [email protected]. Viptak is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

Viptak may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is complete.

4. Deposits

Viptak accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods. Deposits made through any other method will not be credited and may not be recoverable.

  • The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction.
  • Deposits are credited to your viptak wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
  • Viptak does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.
  • All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
  • Viptak reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits at its discretion.

If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes of the transaction being completed on your mobile wallet, contact viptak support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit for the same amount before the first has been resolved.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from viptak are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — the same mobile wallet methods used for deposits. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
  • Withdrawals must be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
  • Viptak does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile wallet provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.
  • Viptak may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Providing false or incomplete verification documents will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed.
  • Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

If a withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes of being approved, contact viptak support with your withdrawal reference number. Viptak will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Game Rules and Results

All games available on viptak — including Teen Patti 20-20, Fortune Dragon, Fishing Expert, Bingo, Esports, Plinko, and Baseball — are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet on any viptak game, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game.

  • All game results are final once confirmed by the viptak system. Results cannot be reversed after confirmation except in cases of a verified technical error on viptak's side.
  • Live dealer sessions are recorded in full. The recording serves as the definitive record of the session outcome.
  • If a live session is interrupted due to a technical fault before a result is confirmed, the round will be declared void and all bets for that round will be refunded.
  • Disputes regarding game results must be raised within 24 hours of the session ending. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.
  • Viptak's decision on disputed results, made after reviewing the session recording and system logs, is final and binding.

Viptak does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer games use physical cards dealt by human dealers on camera. The dealing protocol is fixed and cannot be altered mid-session. All sessions are timestamped and logged.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Viptak may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

  • Bonuses are credited to your viptak wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
  • Viptak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on viptak. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and being permanently banned from the platform.

  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
  • Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent payment method.
  • Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
  • Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including claiming multiple bonuses.
  • Money laundering: Using viptak to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin. Viptak cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
  • Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's payment method.

Viptak monitors platform activity continuously. If prohibited conduct is suspected, viptak may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. The player will be informed of the reason for the freeze and given an opportunity to respond.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, viptak reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the reason for closure and may appeal the decision by contacting support within 14 days.

13. Changes to These Terms
